It's now seven years since we installed a kitchen from Howdens Campbeltown, so when the inner glass door to the oven shattered, I wasn't confident that we'd easily get a replacement. Initially, Rachel was really helpful in identifying the right part number and most cost-effective way of replacing the broken glass, then manager Archie just happened to know of one they had in stock, returned from another customer. Problem solved in just a few minutes and oven working again the same day. I've rarely encountered such friendly, helpful and totally customer-centric service in any profession. Very many thanks to you both.

I was there during the whisky festival 2018. Nice distillery and the samples offered there were great. Ended up buying myself a bottle. Will be back in 2019

The hours posted online were incorrect, so I showed up with only 30 minutes before the distillery was closing. However, the gentleman in the visitors' center very kindly shared with me a few drams from some of Glen Scotia's more specialty bottlings so I could get a taste even if I didn't have time to take a tour.

Absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the bay. The food is second to none, the seafood platter my friends and I had was easily the best seafood we have ever had anywhere! The rooms are very well kept, and plenty of space to keep your things with comfortable beds to boot. The whisky selection is nice and is perfect with a cheeseboard after dinner. The lounge next to the dining room is comfy, relaxing and a good place to spend an evening with a drink in hand.

Fantastic value for business man's lunch. Service very good. Food fantastic, 6 of us had different curries and we could really taste the difference. Definitely recommend.

Great Chinese. Get the chicken in cheese and cream sauce. Superb.

Place a bit run down. Food is excellent recommend chicken in tomato sauce.

Ballycastle to Islay. Staff went over all safety procedures. Lovely, comfortable, ferry. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly captain and crew. Had no concerns, felt very safe. Enjoyable trip. Definitely recommended.

We were on holiday in Kintyre and our dog had injured himself. The practice was very helpful and got him in to see a vet the same day even though we obviously weren't registered with them. The staff in reception were very friendly and the vet was great. Very quickly sorted the dog out and we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday with a very happy dog!

Very attentive veterinary services. Rather expensive though. Thanks for good services.
